Pricing Policy
- Room rates vary based on room type, occupancy, season, and ongoing promotions.
- Prices displayed on our website (https://hoteltheplateau.in/) are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Special packages (e.g., buffet breakfast, seasonal offers) will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Hotel reserves the right to revise room rates and offers without prior notice.
Payment Terms
- A valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method is required to confirm reservations.
- Any additional charges (food, beverages, spa, facilities) must be cleared during check-out.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room charge.
- No Show: If the guest fails to check-in without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of payment gateway charges or bank transaction fees, these may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds are not applicable on:
- Special discounted bookings / promotional offers
- Last-minute non-refundable bookings
- Services already availed
Early Check-Out
- If a guest decides to check out before the confirmed departure date, charges for the unused nights may not be refunded.
- Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the hotel management
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
